No longer applicable
In early versions of oik-bwtrace there was some logic to perform Immediate action tracing that was implemented by replacing wp-includes/plugin.php with a modified version.
This logic has now been removed from the plugin.
It has been replaced with much faster logic to Count action hooks and filters and Ad hoc tracing.
